“DJ Lou was the DJ for our November 2024 wedding and he is the absolute best! Lou came extremely highly recommended from our venue and, after working with him, we know why! Our venue manager said he acted like a second coordinator, and she was absolutely correct! Lou worked with us through every step of the wedding process, including the ceremony and reception music, and lighting. He was incredibly communicative, knowledgeable, and willing to turn our special requests (including our somewhat all-over-the-place genre requests) into reality! Every part of the planning process with Lou was so easy and comfortable. Lou also went above and beyond on the day of our wedding. He was so attentive and consistently checking in with us to see how we were doing-and reminding us to eat and take in the day! Lou is meticulous about his work and it really showed; he knew exactly how to move us seamlessly through the night, and really knew exactly what songs would get (and keep) everyone on the dance floor. It was important to us that our dance floor was full all night and Lou was THE reason why that happened. But our favorite part was Lou designing a pop-punk segment of the reception near the end, where our millennial friends were able to dance and have fun with nostalgic songs. We’ve come to refer to it as our “pop-punk power hour.” It was the best part of the night! We even had several guests comment to us during the reception that our playlist was “the best they’ve ever heard at a wedding.” Lou also loved our request to use a certain song that was special to many of our guests as a cap-off to the night. We will always remember all of our friends dancing to “Born to Run” at the end of our wedding. Honestly, you should just book him! He’s the absolute best!”
