He always answered our emails promptly and was always on top of communicating with us about every detail. We never once had to worry about the planning process because he always kept us updated about where we were at in the timeline! On our wedding day, Lou communicated with us about everything before it happened so we were aware but also took care of everything so we never had to worry!
